Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Roustabout Hand to join our oil and gas operations team. In this vital role, you will assist with the maintenance, construction, and general upkeep of drilling sites and production facilities. Responsibilities Assist with pipeline installation, repair, and maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted flow of oil and gas. Support rigging operations by setting up and securing equipment for drilling or workover projects. Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, cranes, or tankers safely and efficiently in accordance with safety protocols. Troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site, including pumps, pumping systems, and other critical equipment. Manage the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), respiratory protection, and adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards. Conduct routine inspections of construction sites and oil rigs to identify hazards or maintenance needs. Support crew management by assisting team members with various tasks during outdoor work activities, including horizontal drilling projects. Qualifications Prior experience working outdoors in oil & gas, construction, or related industries is preferred. Knowledge of pipeline systems, pumping systems, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable. Ability to perform equipment troubleshooting and mechanical repairs confidently. Valid commercial truck driving license or tanker endorsement is a plus. Familiarity with safety protocols including OSHA standards, PPE use, and respiratory protection requirements. Experience with construction site activities such as rigging, horizontal drilling, or tankers is advantageous. Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; ability to lift heavy loads safely.
