In Person / Field-Based Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Natural Gas Foreman to lead and supervise field crews working on natural gas pipeline and utility construction projects in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working as a Foreman on a natural gas crew, with proven experience fusing poly pipe and the required OQs and certifications to work on One Gas and Summit projects in Oklahoma. This is a field-based leadership position responsible for directing crews, coordinating daily construction activities, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and according to project requirements.

- Must-Have Requirements Candidates must have: Previous experience as a Foreman on a natural gas construction crew. Hands-on experience fusing poly pipe. Required/current OQs (Operator Qualifications) for natural gas work. Required certifications/qualifications to work on One Gas and Summit projects in Oklahoma. Candidates who do not meet these specific requirements should not be submitted. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise natural gas construction crews on active job sites. Direct daily field activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Oversee natural gas pipeline and utility installation activities. Perform and/or supervise poly pipe fusion work. Assign tasks to crew members and monitor productivity and quality. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other field personnel. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, construction drawings, and project plans. Ensure construction activities follow project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable codes. Conduct and participate in daily safety meetings and job-site inspections. Enforce OSHA and project-specific safety procedures. Monitor materials, equipment, manpower, and daily production. Identify and resolve field issues that could impact safety, quality, or schedule. Maintain daily logs, production reports, safety documentation, and other required records. Communicate project progress, field conditions, and potential issues to management. Ensure crews have the proper tools, equipment, materials, and qualifications to perform assigned work. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Natural Gas Foreman or similar field leadership role. Direct experience working on natural gas pipeline or utility construction projects. Experience fusing poly pipe. Current/relevant OQs and certifications required for One Gas and Summit projects in Oklahoma. Strong knowledge of natural gas construction practices and field operations. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings. Understanding of OSHA and construction safety requirements. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage field crews. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work outdoors and in a field-based construction environment. Experience with tools/software such as Procore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera P6/P3, or similar platforms. Experience working with One Gas and/or Summit projects.
