This energetic role is vital in supporting the safe and efficient operation of drilling activities, equipment maintenance, and site logistics. As a key team member, you will perform a variety of manual labor tasks, assist with rigging and equipment setup, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment while developing valuable skills in the oil & gas industry. Duties Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipelines, pumping systems, and drilling equipment on the oil rig site Support rigging operations by setting up and securing heavy equipment using cranes, forklifts, and other machinery Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, and tankers safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA standards Troubleshoot mechanical issues with pumps, pumping systems, and other machinery to minimize downtime Manage crew activities by coordinating tasks, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and maintaining a productive work environment Handle personal protective equipment (PPE) use and enforce safety protocols including respiratory protection during hazardous operations Assist with outdoor work tasks at construction sites involving horizontal drilling, excavation, or other site preparation activities Support transportation needs by driving commercial trucks or tankers as required for site logistics Experience Prior experience working on oil rigs or construction sites is highly preferred Hands-on mechanical knowledge related to pumps, pumping systems, and heavy equipment operation Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively Valid commercial truck driving license with tanker endorsement preferred Experience operating excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other construction machinery Knowledge of safety standards such as OSHA regulations for outdoor work environments Strong understanding of pipeline installation processes and rigging techniques Demonstrated ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to safety excellence and operational success.
