Job Description

Job Description A leading energy company is seeking a Wellsite Representative to oversee a geothermal exploration drilling program in Milford, Utah. This individual will serve as the primary field lead for four temperature gradient appraisal wells, managing the project lifecycle from permitting through well abandonment and site reclamation. The Wellsite Representative will be responsible for coordinating regulatory approvals, supporting site preparation activities, overseeing drilling operations, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with environmental and operational requirements. Due to the shallow nature of these exploration wells, this role requires a hands-on project manager capable of owning the program end-to-end rather than supporting traditional large-scale drilling and completions operations. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
