FuelCo Energy LLC. is a finished fuel and refined product wholesale and retail marketer and transportation provider for the oil and gas service industry. We procure our products from a network of North American refiners and supply high quality finished fuels and refined products for oilfield operations throughout North America. FuelCo guarantees the highest quality and performance from our new state-of-the-art truck fleet, experienced team of hazmat-certified drivers, and dispatch team available 24/7 to meet our client service needs.
JOB SUMMARY
Frac Fuel Tech's, play a vital role in ensuring our customers have the finest quality fuel available. As a Frac Fuel Tech, you will be responsible for assisting Frac Fuel Drivers and Wholesale Transport Drivers in the onsite fueling operations on our customer's frac locations.
THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN SOUTH TEXAS OR WEST TEXAS. OUR FRAC CREWS GO WHERE EVER THE WORK IS. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Proper pre and post trip truck inspections
  • Transfer fuel to various frac equipment to include; pumps, blenders, generators, data van, light plant, etc.
  • Operate and perform minor maintenance on vehicles and various other types of equipment
  • Properly load and unload; hauling, hooking and unhooking hoses
  • Observing his/her work carefully in order to anticipate the problems early and adopting safety measures like using safety mechanisms while working
  • Accurately complete driver logs, pre and post trip forms, invoices and other paperwork as required
  • Courteously work with bosses, dispatchers, fellow employees and customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum age of hire is 21 years old
  • Required
  • valid/current state issued driver's license
  • Minimal driving violations (MVR Reporting)
  • Ability to work at night
  • NO DAY SHIFT GUARANTEE
  • Pass company issued pre-employment drug screen & FCE (Functional Capacity Exam)
  • Meet regulations and limitations regarding total weight rated equipment and safety devices o In order to limit the maximum arresting force on the employee to 1,800 pounds and bring the employee to a complete stop while limiting the maximum deceleration distance the employee travels to 3.
5 feet, all employees being considered for field-level positions shall have a combined body and tool weight of less than 310 pounds (140kg.).
ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • Must have the ability to speak, read and write English
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • The ability to walk, bend, reach, push, stoop, squat and climb, as necessary to perform vehicle inspections required under 49 CFR Sections 396.11-15 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
  • Must be able to lift without assistance up to 75 pounds, pushing, pulling up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time without much movement
  • Ability to work in time-sensitive environments with non-flexible deadlines
