[$18-20 per hour, depending on experience] Job Summary We are looking for dependable, safety-minded Rig-Up Crew Members to join our team. This position involves assisting with the rigging up and rigging down of oilfield equipment, supporting field operations, and working as part of a team in demanding field conditions. Responsibilities Rig up and rig down oilfield service equipment Load, unload, move, and stage equipment at job locations Assist operators and senior crew members with field operations Make and break connections using proper tools and procedures Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies, JSA procedures, and customer requirements Work safely around heavy equipment, high-pressure systems, and other oilfield hazards Perform other field duties as assigned Participate in company required safety programs Qualifications Previous oilfield or experience preferred Must be able to work outdoors in hot, cold, dusty, and changing weather conditions Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding work Ability to work long hours, weekends, and varying schedules as required Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a crew Valid driver's license required with clean driving record What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunities for overtime Steady field/yard work Opportunities for advancement Safety-focused work environment Training Ampro Well Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
