Wireline Operator

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Wireline Operator, where you will play a vital role in supporting oil and gas exploration and production activities. This energetic position involves wireline operations for well intervention, logging, and testing. You will be at the forefront of ensuring safe, efficient, and precise operations in challenging environments, contributing directly to the success of our energy projects. Responsibilities Operate wireline units and related equipment safely and efficiently at wellsite locations Supervise and assist with rig‑up and rig‑down of wireline and pressure control equipment Assemble, run, retrieve, and disassemble wireline tool strings according to job programs Lead and direct Wireline Riggers and support personnel during field operations Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, including wireline explosive operations where applicable Perform pre‑job safety meetings, job planning, and risk assessments Accurately complete all job documentation, reports, driver logs, and vehicle inspection records Maintain, clean, and inspect company vehicles, tools, and equipment Troubleshoot operational issues in the field and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients Perform shop work, tool redress, and equipment maintenance as required Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience as a Wireline Operator or equivalent wireline field experience Strong understanding of wireline equipment, pressure control systems, and wellsite operations Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices, including explosive handling (if applicable) Ability to lead crews and work effectively under pressure in demanding field environments Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening and background checks
