Are you an experienced oilfield professional looking for a hands-on opportunity with a consistent rotation and the potential to earn additional bonuses? We are seeking a Cement Equipment Operator to support critical well-site operations. This role is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused individual with cementing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to work in a demanding field environment. Compensation & Schedule 15 days on / 6 days off rotation Local candidates preferred Class A CDL preferred Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required based on operational needs About the Role As a Cement Equipment Operator, you will operate, transport, and maintain cementing equipment used during oilfield and well-site operations. You will support the safe and efficient execution of cement jobs, including equipment transportation, rig-up, pumping operations, monitoring, and rig-down. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding conditions. Key Responsibilities Operate cementing units, pumps, and related field equipment during well-site operations. Perform safe and efficient rig-up and rig-down of cementing equipment. Transport and position cementing equipment at job locations. Monitor equipment performance during cement jobs and make adjustments as needed. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment. Assist with mixing and loading cement, additives, and other materials. Monitor rates, pressures, and equipment performance during operations. Identify and report equipment issues or maintenance needs. Complete service tickets, operational logs, and required job documentation accurately. Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas. Follow all company, customer, DOT, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements. Work effectively with supervisors, customers, and other field personnel. Required Qualifications Previous experience operating cementing equipment in oilfield or related field operations. Experience with cementing equipment rig-up and rig-down procedures. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills. Ability to work a 15 days on / 6 days off rotation . Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures. High school diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications Class A CDL Clean driving record Current DOT Medical Certificate Experience with high-pressure pumping operations. Knowledge of cement blends, additives, and cementing job parameters. Experience supporting multi-well pads or high-activity drilling and completion operations. H2S, SafeLand, or equivalent oilfield safety training. Previous formal training or certification in cementing operations. Basic computer skills and experience with electronic field reporting systems.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
