Duties Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling rigs and associated equipment such as pumps, piping, and rigging systems Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of drilling machinery and pumping systems to ensure optimal performance Manage and coordinate crew activities on-site, promoting teamwork and safety compliance Operate heavy equipment including cranes, forklifts, and other machinery necessary for rig operations Follow all safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hat, steel toe boots and safety glasses. Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and safety checks in accordance with OSHA standards Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to drilling equipment, pumps, piping, and pumping systems Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime Excellent teamwork skills with experience managing or supporting crew activities on-site Join us in this energetic role where your skills will directly contribute to energy exploration efforts!
