Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Snow Equipment Operators to join our team. As a Snow Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various snow equipment to maintain and control snow conditions on driveways, roads, and parking lots . This critical role requires a high mechanical aptitude, physical stamina, and the ability to work in harsh winter conditions. Responsibilities
  • Operate Loaders, Tractors, Graders, and other snow removal equipment.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working condition and ready to operate.
  • Drive and operate snow equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Clear snow using equipment in an efficient manner.
  • Assist in the maintenance of snow equipment, including lubricating and washing.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the public.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work with other snow removal team members to ensure efficient and effective operations. Skills
  • Experience operating snow removal equipment such as loaders, tractors, and graders.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work in harsh winter conditions, including extreme cold and inclement weather.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle and navigate through snow-covered roads.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

$25.00
