Role Overview As a CDL A Dump Truck Driver / Skid Steer Operator with Andrade's Clean Up, you play a critical role in supporting construction site operations by transporting materials, hauling debris, operating equipment, and assisting crews in the field. This is not a driving-only position. Successful candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding work, working outdoors, and regularly assisting with loading, unloading, site cleanup, and general labor support activities. This is a safety-sensitive, hands-on role that requires both driving and labor responsibilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, mechanically minded, and willing to contribute wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position. Key Responsibilities Safely operate dump trucks and other commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Operate skid steers, Bobcats, and related equipment in accordance with training and safety standards. Transport construction materials, debris, and equipment to and from assigned locations. Follow proper loading, unloading, and securement procedures using chains, binders, straps, and other safety equipment. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles and equipment are operating safely. Follow assigned routes and schedules using GPS and communication tools. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, hours worked, inspections, and vehicle conditions. Dispose of debris at approved landfill and disposal facilities. Frequently enter and exit truck cabs and equipment throughout the workday. Assist equipment operators and field crews with loading, unloading, job site support, and debris removal. Perform general cleanup around containers, construction sites, and work areas as needed. Work safely around heavy equipment, active construction zones, and moving machinery. Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, field crews, and office staff regarding job status, delays, or equipment concerns. Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of vehicles, equipment, and work areas. Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs. Qualifications & Skills Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred) Valid CDL Class A License (Required). Verifiable commercial driving experience. Ability to safely operate manual transmission vehicles. Experience operating dump trucks or similar commercial vehicles. Previous skid steer, Bobcat, or heavy equipment experience preferred. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices. Familiarity with construction sites, route driving, and varying terrain. Knowledge of safe loading, unloading, and material handling procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation. Strong communication skills and professional attitude. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality service. All qualifications are job-related and consistent with business necessity. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position involves driving commercial vehicles and performing hands-on work at active construction and demolition sites. Employees regularly work outdoors and may be exposed to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, uneven terrain, and moving equipment. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical labor in addition to driving responsibilities.

Schedule & Compensation Monday through Friday, approximately 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some Saturdays required based on workload. Full-time, year-round work. Pay:
$200.00 per day Application Question(s): This position requires regularly lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, frequent climbing in and out of trucks, walking on uneven construction sites, bending, kneeling, and performing physical labor throughout the day.
