Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator with experience operating track hoes and skid steers. This role is critical to our installation team and requires someone who takes pride in precision, safety, and quality work. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including track hoe (excavator) and skid steer Perform digging, grading, and site prep for waterproofing and foundation work Assist crew with job site setup and cleanup Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on time Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment Qualifications Proven experience operating track hoes and skid steers Experience in construction, excavation, or foundation work preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor as needed What We're Looking For Someone who shows up on time and works hard Takes ownership of their work Pays attention to detail and job site safety Wants to grow with a strong, established company Why Join Stay Dry Waterproofing?
