Core Duties Utilize hydrovac equipment to perform precise excavation and utility exposure. Ensure the efficient transport of tools and supplies to various project locations. Conduct regular checks and upkeep on all assigned machinery and vehicles. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all protocols. Collaborate clearly with clients and colleagues to drive project completion. Provide guidance and support to incoming operators during their training. Document all site activities and material usage with precision. Required Skills and Experience Possession of a clean CDL-B driving record. Active DOT medical certification. Background in handling hydrovac or comparable heavy machinery is highly valued. Solid grasp of industry-standard safety guidelines. Capacity to perform physical tasks across diverse weather conditions. Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities. Completion of high school or GED, with extra credentials viewed favorably. Flexibility to adjust your schedule, including weekend availability, to meet project demands.
