Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to support construction and other projects.Duties:
- Operate and maintain farm machinery, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment
- Perform tasks such as moving dirt, clearing trees, and grading dirt using dozers, trackhoes, and Pull Pans
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during operations
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Heavy Equipment Operation
- Proficiency in operating a variety of machinery including Dozers, Trackhoes, Compactors, Tractor and Pull Pan
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills This position offers competitive pay based on experience and skills.
