In this role, you will operate a variety of construction machinery and commercial trucks to support excavation, utility work, and site development. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, and dump trucks in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications Perform routine maintenance and inspections on construction machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Assist with construction utility work including utility locating, water leaks, water meters, customer service in the field, installation tasks and other duties Conduct excavation, and site preparation activities with precision to meet project requirements Support construction site operations by maintaining equipment safety procedures and ensuring adherence to all safety regulations Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery such as excavators (including Caterpillar models), loaders, backhoes, and dump trucks Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record for truck driving responsibilities Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Construction site experience with familiarity in excavation, utility work, and general construction processes Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and minor repairs confidently Excellent understanding of construction utility locating techniques and tools Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy loads, and operate machinery for extended periods Join us in building the future!
