Primoris Renewable Energy is hosting a Hiring Event on Thursday, August 20, 2026 . Osceola/South Mississippi County Chamber of Commerce 116 North Maple Street, Osceola, AR 72370 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a diverse team of Civil Laborers, Equipment Operators, SWPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention) Specialists, Security Personnel, and Safety Professionals for an upcoming Big Island job event. These roles will be crucial in supporting various construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient operations, environmental compliance, site security, and a safe working environment. Job Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and lubrication of equipment.
  • Adhere to project specifications and maintain grade and elevation as required.
  • Communicate effectively with ground personnel and other operators. Job Qualifications
  • Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment (specific equipment experience preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL may be required for certain roles.
  • Certification or relevant training in equipment operation a plus.
  • Strong understanding of equipment mechanics and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
