Job Overview Holiday Inn Osceola is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Hospitality Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and understands the importance of providing an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned hotel areas according to brand standards. Make beds, replace linens, replenish towels, and restock guest amenities. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces throughout the hotel. Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways, elevators, lobbies, and restrooms. Remove trash and ensure all areas remain neat and presentable. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items promptly. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, custodial, janitorial, or hotel experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Positive attitude and dependable work ethic. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
