$14.00 per hour

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and work instructions Willingness to complete required safety training programs Experience Requirements Previous experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, scrap metal, recycling, or industrial environments preferred Experience using cutting torches or similar equipment preferred Ability to safely perform physically demanding work throughout the day Experience operating landscaping or groundskeeping equipment is a plus Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy metal materials and scrap Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working in dusty, dirty, and industrial environments Ability to safely operate equipment and maintain awareness of surroundings Job Duties Sort, move, and process scrap metal and recyclable materials Load, unload, and transport heavy metal products and scrap throughout the yard Operate a cutting torch after successfully completing required Hot Works safety training Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and personal protective equipment requirements Perform general facility and yard maintenance duties Assist with mowing, weed eating, groundskeeping, and other outdoor tasks as assigned Support daily operations and complete additional duties as needed Work Environment & PPE Requirements Work performed outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions Steel-toed boots and sleeved shirts required Denim jeans required 30-minute unpaid lunch break Exposure to dirt, dust, scrap materials, and industrial equipment on a daily basis Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
