Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience effectively operating a Excavator Ability to read and interpret construction plan and specifications Strong communication skills Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data A commitment to safety at all times

Duties:

Daily proper inspections to ensure the equipment is properly maintained Operating equipment safely and efficiently to ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget Work closely with management and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed to the highest level of quality Operate equipment to perform activities such as excavating and grading, and backfilling excavations Ability to move materials, earth, and other heavy objects as needed Other duties as assigned
