Typical Responsibilities (Depending on Role) Perform grade checking and layout in accordance with plans and specifications Supervise and coordinate grading crews to meet production, quality, and schedule goals Safely operate heavy equipment on large-scale civil projects Read and interpret civil drawings, profiles, and mass grading plans Work closely with surveyors, superintendents, and project managers Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies Preferred Qualifications Experience in heavy civil, grading, roadway, or infrastructure projects Proficiency with grade stakes, laser levels, and/or GPS machine control systems Strong understanding of cut/fill, slopes, and tolerances Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Valid driver's license (if applicable) Why Connect With Us Now?
