Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves operating various types of heavy machinery and performing labor-intensive tasks on construction sites. The Laborer/Operator will play a crucial role in building, paving, and maintaining infrastructure projects. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, dump trucks, water trucks, and loaders to assist in construction activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on construction sites. Maintain equipment by conducting regular inspections and performing minor repairs as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and preparing materials for use. Build and pave surfaces according to project specifications. Experience Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred. Proficiency in operating heavy machinery such as pavers, rollers, bulldozers, dump trucks, loaders, and water trucks. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues. A valid commercial driving license is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with horizontal drilling techniques is advantageous but not required.
