Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Operator to join our team. This position involves working along the Arizona highways throughout the state completing hydroseeding tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various labor tasks such as seeding native vegetation and installing erosion control. They will also gain the opportunity to learn how to operate equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their skills in a dynamic work environment. Job will last 2 weeks and starts Monday September 21st in Heber. Weekends are never expected

Pay:

$25+/hr dependent on experience with the opportunity to come on as salary if it is a good fit

Responsibilities :

Utilize various tools to complete job tasks Assist in loading and unloading materials (up to 50 lb bags) Follow all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Meet the team at the job site (Heber) and drive together to the job site

Operating a hydroseeder, skid steer, Gannon, and/or tractor

Qualifications:

Current and valid Drivers License Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed and work outside Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Honesty and Integrity Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred Ability to drive with a trailer in tow is preferred but
