Batch Plant Loader Operator Southwest Concrete Paving Co. United States, Arizona, Yuma Aug 17, 2026 Batch Plant Loader Operator Southwest Concrete Paving is an established concrete paving company specializing in military airfield construction across the western United States. At Southwest we believe that quality and safety come first and have spent considerable resources to assure those components are emphasized on every project. We believe that teamwork and communication is the way to achieve these goals, and we seek like-minded individuals who want to become part of a successful team. The Batch Plant Loader Operator position is responsible for maintaining site stockpiles and working materials to provide compliant consistent materials to feed bins on the batch plant. Maintaining stockpiles and stockpile floors is a key component of the role, however additional duties will be assigned outside of paving operations. Those duties may include set-up of batch plant, water and dust control, general plant maintenance, yard clean-up and organization, etc. Operation of other equipment including water truck, Gannon tractor, reach lift, areal lift, etc. may be necessary. The individual will be responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment daily. This position is for Yuma Border project in California.
