About Us:

Auto Aide Towing is seeking experienced Heavy-Duty Tow Truck Operators with a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to join our growing team. We specialize in heavy-duty towing, recovery, and transportation services across Southern California. If you're dependable, safety-driven, and customer-focused, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy-duty tow trucks (Class A CDL required) to transport commercial vehicles, buses, trailers, and other large loads. Respond promptly to accident scenes, breakdowns, impounds, and emergency roadside situations. Perform safe vehicle recovery, winch-outs, and secure loading using chains, straps, and other rigging tools. Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, law enforcement, and customers. Inspect trucks and equipment daily and maintain a clean, operable, and professional vehicle at all times. Follow DOT regulations, safety procedures, and company policies with strict attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Minimum 2 years of heavy-duty towing or commercial driving experience preferred. Familiarity with air brake systems, flatbeds, wheel-lift, underlift, and rotator operations is a plus. Must be able to lift 75+ lbs and work in various weather and roadside conditions. Excellent time management and strong interpersonal/customer service skills. Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
