This is not a standard warehouse forklift position. Applicants must have previous hands-on experience operating a Gradall 544D-10 or comparable heavy-duty telehandler in a construction or job-site environment.

Temp-to-Hire / Full-Time Responsibilities Safely operate a Gradall 544D-10 telehandler Load, unload, lift, and transport cabinets and building materials Move materials safely throughout active job sites Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries Position materials for cabinet installation crews Perform routine pre-shift equipment inspections Communicate clearly with installers, supervisors, and ground personnel Follow all company and job-site safety procedures Assist installation crews with additional duties when needed Required Qualifications Previous experience operating a Gradall 544D-10 telehandler Experience operating heavy equipment on construction or installation job sites Ability to safely handle cabinets, building materials, and oversized loads Understanding of telehandler load capacity, balance, and safe material placement Strong commitment to workplace and equipment safety Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with installation crews Preferred Experience Cabinet installation or construction experience Experience handling finished cabinets or damage-sensitive materials Previous work with contractors, builders, or job-site installation teams Important Applicants who only have experience operating warehouse forklifts, sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, or electric pallet jacks may not qualify unless they also have direct telehandler or Gradall experience.
