The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in driving, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves responding to roadside assistance calls, safely towing vehicles, and ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism.

offered for CHP and FSP approved drivers. Duties Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently. Respond promptly to law enforcement, roadside assistance calls, including breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle recovery. Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed on-site. Load and unload vehicles using appropriate techniques and equipment. Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions. Communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and provide updates. Manage conflicts with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform routine maintenance checks on tow trucks to ensure safety and reliability. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Qualifications Valid Class A driver's license is required with a clean driving record Clean Criminal Background- A MUST Must be 21 years old or older Must pass a Live Scan background check Must pass drug screening Strong conflict management skills to handle various customer situations effectively. Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
