This individual will support field operations by safely operating heavy equipment, performing daily inspections and preventative maintenance, and assisting with the construction, repair, and maintenance of environmental control systems. The ideal candidate has experience operating equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, forklifts, backhoes, and dump trucks, along with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. This role requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain while collaborating closely with field crews, supervisors, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include equipment operation, excavation support, trenching and backfilling activities, drilling assistance, routine maintenance, documentation of field activities, and adherence to all safety and quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on environment, traveling between job sites, and contributing to the successful completion of environmental construction projects.
