Job Description

Certified Equipment Operator (Skytrack / Telehandler) Position Summary We are seeking a safety-focused Certified Equipment Operator to support material handling and site logistics on a large-scale construction project. This role is responsible for operating Skytracks, Telehandlers (Lulls), Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, and other approved equipment to safely move, stage, and distribute materials throughout the job site. Responsibilities Safely operate telehandlers, Skytracks, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other authorized equipment. Load, unload, transport, and stage construction materials and equipment. Support receiving operations and material deliveries. Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to construction crews as needed. Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow all site-specific safety policies and operating procedures. Maintain awareness of personnel, equipment, and site conditions while operating machinery. Assist with material handling, site logistics, and general labor tasks as needed. Maintain organized and safe laydown and storage areas. Required Qualifications Active certification to operate Skytracks, Telehandlers (Lulls), Boom Lifts, and/or Scissor Lifts. Experience operating material handling equipment on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or construction projects. Knowledge of equipment safety procedures and construction site practices. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and project teams. Ability to work overtime and weekends as project needs require. Ability to reliably report to the assigned work location and maintain regular attendance. Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 Certification. Experience operating skid steers or other construction equipment. Experience working on large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or data center projects. Experience in construction, warehouse, logistics, material handling, or general labor environments. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position works on an active construction site and requires compliance with all safety and PPE requirements. Duties are performed outdoors in varying weather conditions and may involve 10 to 12-hour shifts, including overtime. Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, safely entering and exiting equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
