What You'll Do as a Shuttle Driver, You'll be responsible for: Managing trailer movements within the customer's yard and our Hub dock. Monitoring and addressing trailer door assignments. Quickly adapting to fill in. Maintaining a safety-first mindset and ensuring compliance with all procedures. Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors. Key Responsibilities Safely shuttle trailers between designated locations. Perform pre-trip inspections on trailers and tractor. Use a walkie-talkie to receive and relay instructions. Report maintenance needs and assist in optimizing trailer flow. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of driving experience . Clean driving record and at least 21 years of age . Ability to pass a drug screen and background check . Leadership experience or ability to train and guide others. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to safety, efficiency, and adaptability .
