Overview Join the dynamic Ground Solutions team as a CDL Hydrovac Operator! In this energetic role, you will operate hydrovac trucks to safely and efficiently excavate around utilities, pipelines, and construction sites. Duties Operate hydrovac trucks equipped with high-pressure water and vacuum systems to excavate safely around underground utilities and structures Perform pre-operation inspections to ensure optimal performance Assist with the setup and breakdown of jobsites including pre job walks Maintain accurate logs of excavation activities, safety checks, and equipment maintenance records Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members Support other hydrovac activities including site cleanup as needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines Schedule M-F Availability from 5am-6pm, with options for Saturday/overnight work. Experience Proven experience operating hydrovac trucks in a construction or utility setting Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment including hydrovac trucks Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is essential Familiarity with construction site safety standards and procedures Knowledge of excavation techniques around underground utilities and pipeline infrastructure Prior involvement in paving projects or tanker operations is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where you are valued!
