Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of machines — excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and backhoes — to safely and efficiently support construction activities across our projects.

Key Responsibilities Operate Equipment:

Run excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and backhoes to dig, grade, and move materials.

Site Preparation:

Clear debris, grade terrain, and prepare work areas according to project plans.

Maintenance:

Perform daily inspections and basic equipment upkeep; report major issues to the maintenance team.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols; complete pre-operation checks.

Teamwork:

Coordinate with supervisors, laborers, and engineers to ensure smooth project flow.

Material Handling:

Load/unload materials and place them accurately per specifications.

Documentation:

Record equipment use, maintenance activities, and daily job progress.

Problem Solving:

Adapt to site conditions and resolve equipment or operational challenges quickly. Installtion of wet utilities.
