Compost Loader Operator About Revolution Soil and Seed Revolution Soil and Seed (RSS) is a fast-growing agricultural supply company based out of Fort Lupton, Colorado. Founded by a Dairyman, RSS operates multiple divisions specializing in; Seed production and sales, Compost production and sales, Farming operations in CO and WY, and a Trucking operation. RSS is a family owned and operated business with a family-like atmosphere. We firmly believe in hard work and enjoying every moment of it. The RSS Composting division operates out of 2 sites on the front range and produces over 100,000 yds of Class II compost annually. Job Description Revolution Soil and Seed utilizes two Case 1021G loaders, a Case 250 tractor with an Aeromaster PT-170 Windrow Turner and a Phoenix 2100 Trommel Screen on 2 compost sites in Fort Lupton, CO. This position is for Loader Operator 1, which operates out of the Fort Lupton, CO Area. The position reports directly to the Compost Division Manager. The main duties of the Compost Operator are as follows: Build Compost rows. Break down and screen finished compost. Load trucks with finished screened compost. Turn compost rows. Provide basic maintenance on equipment including greasing and washing.
Job Requirements All applicants must:
Have a valid Driver's License. Have reliable transportation to and from work. Be legally able to work in the United States. Be able to work Mon - Fri from 7am - 5pm (weekend hours are available). The ideal candidate would possess the following: Experience running wheel loaders. Experience working in either the compost, agricultural, aggregate, or landscape industries. Experience loading semi-trailers and tandem trucks with a wheel loader.
Income Potential:
This position pay starts at $22.00 per hour BOE. This is a full-time, year-round position. (1 week is 48 hours)
