Operator Now Hiring:

Experienced Equipment Operator Pay:

$30.00/hour+ DOE We are seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator to join our team in the Grand Junction area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating excavators, mini excavators, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently in a variety of job site conditions.

Responsibilities:

Operate excavators, mini excavators, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation work Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues Follow project plans and work closely with supervisors and crew members Ensure compliance with company safety policies and job site regulations Assist with general labor duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating excavators, mini excavators, and similar heavy equipment required Ability to read and follow site plans and directions Strong understanding of safe equipment operation practices Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred
