Project:

Carlisle, York Hospital, and Northern Maryland Area Details Operate excavator, skid steer, bulldozer, loaders and other types of equipment for utility and dirt work job sites. Lead crews of 15+ workers on new construction commercial/civil projects. Experience with management, ordering materials, meeting deadlines, and coordinating manpower with sub-contractors. Manage both Operators and Pipe Layers, scheduling manpower and ensuring work is done on time. Managing work load between employees and other subs on site. Home every night, no overnight travel or stay. Local work, shop based in York PA.
