Work Environment This role involves outdoor industrial work in hot environments, confined spaces, elevated work areas, and noisy conditions around heavy equipment. Safety is our top priority, and all work is performed using strict safety protocols and PPE. Typical schedule averages 55 hours per week , with consistent overtime opportunities. Work hours may range from 40-80 hours per week depending on project needs. Crews generally consist of 3-5 team members , including a driver, equipment operator, and technician. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders up to 200 feet. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
