Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of construction machinery with precision and safety, ensuring efficient project progress. Your expertise will help us maintain high safety standards while delivering quality results on demanding construction sites doing site development. Duties Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, dump trucks, water trucks in accordance with safety procedures and project specifications Perform routine maintenance and inspections on construction equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Handle materials efficiently using material handling equipment including forklifts, front loader trucks, and other specialized machinery Assist in site preparation activities such as grading, digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials or equipment Follow all occupational safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to maintain a safe work environment Coordinate with team members to execute construction tasks smoothly while adhering to project timelines Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and safety inspections for accountability and compliance Experience Proven construction site experience operating heavy machinery in diverse environments Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and basic repairs related to construction equipment Experience with excavators, loaders, bulldozers, skid steers. Ability to interpret technical manuals and operate hand tools effectively Strong understanding of occupational safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects is highly desirable Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to building excellence!
