Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of construction machinery and equipment to support building projects, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery including excavators, cranes, loaders, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, tankers, and other material handling equipment with precision and safety. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on construction machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Follow all equipment safety procedures and occupational safety regulations while operating machinery on-site. Assist with material handling tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials using appropriate equipment. Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and safety checks. Collaborate with team members to coordinate the movement of materials and machinery across the construction site efficiently. Adhere strictly to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols and site safety guidelines at all times. Requirements Proven construction site experience with familiarity in operating heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, loaders, front loader trucks, dump trucks, and water trucks. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with experience in commercial truck driving and tanker operation preferred. Hands-on experience with concrete mixers, farm machinery, hydraulics systems, hand tools, and other construction machinery maintenance. Mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery repair and troubleshooting. Ability to follow detailed safety regulations and occupational safety standards diligently. Strong understanding of hydraulics systems and material handling equipment operation. Prior experience in crane operation or heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
