Heavy Equipment Operator (Front-End Loader) -
Mulberry, FL Starting Pay:
$21/hour | Swing Shift (2-Step Rotation) Road & Rail Services is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in Mulberry, FL. This is a hands-on role operating a front-end loader to move and load fertilizer in an active industrial environment. If you've operated loaders in tight spaces and know how to work efficiently and safely, this is a strong opportunity for steady, long-term work.
What You'll Be Doing:
This Heavy Equipment Operator position is focused on running a front-end loader to load fertilizer into trucks and move product throughout the site. You'll be working both inside a warehouse and across the property, requiring precision, awareness, and confidence handling equipment in tighter operating areas. Operate a front-end loader to load fertilizer into trucks Move and stage product across the facility Maneuver equipment in and out of warehouse spaces safely and efficiently Perform routine equipment checks and follow all safety protocols Work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator who has real, hands-on experience-not someone who just "has seen it before." At least 2 years of front-end loader experience (required) Ability to operate confidently in tight or enclosed spaces Comfortable working in an outdoor/industrial environment Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Reliable and looking for long-term, stable employment
Schedule & Work Environment:
This Heavy Equipment Operator role operates on a 2-step swing shift, so flexibility is important.
