Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Front End Loader Operator/Helper and become a vital part of clean up at the transfer station. In this energetic role, you will operate heavy machinery, including the Front End Loader to move trash efficiently and safely into the loading bays. You will also assist with other projects as needed. Your expertise in equipment operation and safety procedures will ensure smooth workflows, adherence to federal safety regulations, and successful project completion. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in heavy equipment operation. There will be other tasks as assigned for you to assist with. To start we are looking at Monday-Friday 2pm-6pm and Saturday 6am-12pm. Duties Operate loaders, safely and efficiently Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal safety and functionality in accordance with equipment safety procedures. Assist with clean up tasks to ensure safe and efficient loading. Experience Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting will be advantageous. Valid commercial truck driving license or experience with commercial driving is a plus. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere strictly to safety protocols in fast-paced environments.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
