Duties Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee store management activities including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling. Train and develop team members to build a high-performing workforce. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among staff to enhance overall performance. Implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer service experiences. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience in Restaurant management Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. Demonstrated ability to sell products effectively while providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail management software. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
