August 21, 2026 Finish Grade Skid Steer Operator Tampa, FL $21 / per hour Full time Apply Now Back Job Description We are looking for an experienced Finish Grade Skid Steer Operator to join our site development team. You must have experience in doing finish grade work on site development projects and you must be willing to travel to the following counties: Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Manatee. Only experienced candidates will be considered. This is not an entry-level job. Responsibilities Perform finish grading to achieve proper elevations, slopes, and grades according to project requirements. Perform site development and earthwork activities. Read and follow grade stakes, plans, and site instructions. Maintain accurate and consistent grades while preparing sites for construction. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues. Follow all company and job-site safety requirements. Requirements Previous site development experience is required . Proven experience performing finish grading with a skid steer is required . Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Must be willing to travel to job sites throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, and Pasco Counties. Must have required
