Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Excavator Operator with a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate heavy construction machinery, including excavators and loaders, while adhering to strict safety standards .The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction machinery operation, , and truck driving, ensuring efficient project execution and safety compliance on every job site. If you thrive in active environments and are passionate about construction work, this position is perfect for you! Responsibilities Operate excavators, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently across various construction sites. Conduct routine maintenance and mechanical checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Perform excavation tasks. Drive commercial trucks with a Class A CDL to transport equipment and materials, between job sites while following all federal safety regulations. Follow construction safety procedures Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience operating excavators, and other heavy construction machinery. Strong mechanical knowledge for routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Construction site experience with familiarity in utility work, excavation, grading, and site preparation. Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures. Excellent understanding of heavy equipment operation Prior experience in commercial truck driving Mechanical aptitude combined with hands-on experience in construction machinery maintenance.
