GLO Resources is currently hiring Heavy Equipment Operators in Vero Beach, FL . Pay is $30-$38 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates must have experience operating loaders and excavators, with wastewater or underground utility experience preferred.

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support wastewater construction projects. Operators will perform excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, and material handling while assisting the crew with pipe installation and mechanical equipment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate loaders and excavators safely and efficiently. Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and backfilling. Assist with wastewater pipe installation and underground utility work.. Assist with setting and moving mechanical equipment. Load, unload, move, and stage materials. Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues. Assist the crew with labor tasks when not operating equipment.

Qualifications:

Heavy equipment operating experience. Loader and excavator experience required. Wastewater or underground utility experience preferred. Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a construction crew. Willingness to perform labor tasks when needed.

Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
