Responsibilities:
Operate Heavy Equipment:
Skillfully operate a skid steer, dually truck, and trailer, ensuring efficient and safe handling.
Residential and Rural Operations:
Execute equipment operations both in residential areas and rural settings, demonstrating adaptability and precision.
Equipment Maintenance:
Operate, maintain, and perform routine pre-trip inspections on equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity.
Grading Expertise:
Proficiently grade residential areas to meet quality standards and project specifications.
Supervision:
Provide oversight and guidance to labor workers, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment.
Project Prioritization:
Effectively prioritize tasks and assignments, paying meticulous attention to detail to achieve superior results.
Problem Solving:
Use sound judgment when interacting with co-workers, clients, and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and resolving challenges professionally.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in operating skid steers, dually trucks, and trailers in a similar capacity.
Technical Aptitude:
Competence in the maintenance of heavy equipment.
Detail-Oriented:
A keen eye for detail and precision in grading and operational tasks.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to supervise labor workers and prioritize tasks effectively.
Communication:
