• Operate heavy equipment to support underground and aerial construction projects. Fiber Splicer
• Install, splice, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cables. Lineman
• Build, maintain, and repair overhead telecommunication lines. Field Quality Control Technician
• Inspect completed work, identify issues and help ensure every project meets quality standards. Utility Locator
• Locate and mark underground utilities to help keep crews and communities safe. Supervisor
• Aerial, underground, splicing and more supervisor roles available.

In these roles you will supervise 3-5 crews in their daily work. And many more! What you'll do Perform daily tasks and support projects in your assigned area, department, or job site; Collaborate effectively with team members, contractors, and customers to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently; Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures; Operate and maintain tools, equipment, or software relevant to your specific role; Adapt to changing environments, site conditions, or project requirements; Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your skills.
