What You'll Be Doing Operate front-end loaders and other mobile equipment to safely load aggregates for production and shipment Inspect equipment before, during, and after operation and report maintenance needs promptly Maintain consistent material flow to support pit production and plant operations Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times Communicate effectively with teammates to coordinate daily activities What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an aggregates or industrial environment Strong safety awareness with the capability to follow established procedures Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment inspections Dependable work habits with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Clear communication skills and willingness to learn Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
