(Department of Transportation) regulations Construction site experience Mechanical excavators Materials handling Flatbed Full Job Description We are hiring an experienced CDL-A Truck Driver / Heavy Equipment Operator to support projects in the Atlanta market . This position primarily involves hauling flatbed loads of precast concrete panels , with additional responsibilities operating heavy equipment as needed. This is a great opportunity for a dependable driver looking for long-term work with competitive pay. Responsibilities Safely haul and secure precast concrete panels on flatbed trailers. Operate excavators and bulldozers for excavation, grading, and site preparation. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections. Maintain DOT logs and required paperwork. Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements. Assist with loading/unloading materials. Support construction crews and jobsite operations. Requirements Valid Class A CDL required. Hands-on excavator experience required. Hands-on bulldozer experience required. Flatbed hauling experience preferred. Experience with excavation, grading, or construction. Clean MVR and strong safety record. Ability to work outdoors and perform physical jobsite tasks. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
