Join a global leader in non-ferrous metals and copper recycling as they build a high-tech, multi-metal recycling facility in North America. AM Shift Differential:

+$2.00/hr for any hours worked between 6:00 PM

•6:00 AM Benefits & Perks Direct hire 401(k) with matching + competitive retirement savings Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability insurance + income protection Generous paid time off What You'll Do In this role, you will support material handling and recycling operations by: Operating heavy mobile equipment such as forklifts, wheel loaders, and excavators in a safe and efficient manner Handling daily warehouse responsibilities, including: Loading/unloading trucks and other vehicles Blending materials Pulling orders Labeling received goods Inspecting products prior to shipping Executing and continuously improving workflows within material handling, with a focus on recycling raw materials for non-ferrous metallurgy Completing other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma/GED 3-5 years equipment/machine operation in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively; stand/walk for long periods Willing/able to work in a smelter environment and high-heat conditions Physical ability to climb, reach, twist/turn, stoop, and perform hands-on tasks Driver's license for industrial trucks and overhead crane operation (or willingness to obtain) Experience (or willingness to learn): oxygen burner lance and demolition robot Safety-focused, team-oriented, reliable, and open to feedback/change HTI and Aurubis are Equal Opportunity Employers (M/D/F/V/SO).
