What You'll Be Doing Safely operate haul trucks and mobile equipment to support production needs Transport raw materials across the site with accuracy and care Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Follow all safety policies, procedures, and site regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and continuous operations What We Are Looking For Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy mobile equipment safely Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safe work practices Reliable and consistent work habits in a fast-paced industrial environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing production needs Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
