Rake Dozer Operator - Outback Forestry Carrollton, GA | Full-Time Outback Forestry is looking for an experienced Rake Dozer Operator to join our land clearing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, operates with precision, and keeps production moving safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Operate a rake dozer to clear land, pile brush, and push debris for grinding and hauling. Maintain consistent grading and control to meet site requirements. Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks. Work closely with the foreman and ground crew to ensure efficient job flow. Load and unload equipment safely when moving between job sites. Follow company safety policies and wear required PPE at all times. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience operating Must be familiar with land clearing, and site prep work. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the crew. Reliable transportation to job sites around West Georgia and surrounding areas. Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and jobsite safety.
